8.30am start time – finish time can be negotiated

Confident telephone manner, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good organisation/admin skills.

JOB TITLE:

 

 

SURVEY TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

 

 

Reporting To:

 

Office Manager

 

 

Job Purpose:

 

To assist the surveyors to produce their reports accurately and on time

Routine Activities:

Produce reports using Word and APP’s in-house system and ensure e-mailed or posted on time;

Answer calls and general enquiries from customers where possible and redirect call accordingly where questions are contract booking related or more technical.

Book surveys (paying due attention to routes); Invoice customers & send survey booked letters/emails

Take telephone messages and where possible answer enquiries on behalf of the surveying team;

 

Other Activities:

 

Routine office tasks such as (but not limited to):

Filing/scanning;

Pick up messages from answerphone and ensure they are dealt with;

Producing copy reports/guarantees;

Add information into various excel sheets (source of enquiry, etc...)

Deal with all enquires that come in via email

Keep “outstanding reports” list updated

 

Training:

 

Training in the Company’s computer system will be provided as necessary. 

There is a possibility that the post will also require a first-aid qualification – training for this will be provided.

Other training and /or courses will be on offer if considered mutually beneficial
