Incorporated in 1967 before mission statements were invented, A.P.P. has achieved a reputation for expertise and high quality work, within the industry, by earning it. Our staff are friendly experienced and knowledgeable and earn regular letters of commendation from our clients. Knowledge gained over time has been retained within the company - most of our employees have been with us for over 15 years and hold a C.S.C.S skills card. This gives us unrivalled experience and enables us to offer a competitive, quality service. Over 70% of our business comes from previous customers - private householders as well as trade, and this evidences our commitment to customer service.

Our surveyors are qualified, salaried employees, who do not earn commission, and our operative staff are similarly employed. We operate a generous profit share scheme giving each employee a direct stake in the success of the business, and all employees undertake regular customer service and skills based training, to supplement their existing knowledge.

The Company operates from our own site in Mill Road, undertaking upwards of 500 contracts every year. This gives us the financial security to offer long-term guarantees of 20 & 30 years on our work, secure in the knowledge that we will still be trading when they expire. Clients are not expected to take our word for it however - most contracts include an option for independent insurance backing operated by GPT to ensure that whatever the trading status of A.P.P. our customers are protected.
